life is so boring without the internet. it's quite funny tt at this hour everyone in the house is still up... bcoz we juz got the internet up and everyone dun feel like slping already! lol..
so these few days have been busy settling down and buying and REPAIRING all the stuffs in our new apartment. most of the time is repairing stuff. quite bad but we are all glad tt everything is working properly now! we are staying in this 6-storey building that is 10-15min walk to the hospital. staying on the 2nd floor and it's a condo with security guard and all. so it's like pretty safe. the only thing i hate is the number of cockroaches!! i think i am getting immuned to them. maybe after 2 years, i will be a kill-roaches-expert! lol.. the number of roaches i killed in these few days is way over the total number i killed in my entire life! i think i killed more than 50 roaches already! how sickening is that.. but thank god they are the small kind. if they are the same size as those in spore i will juz freak out and move house! so we bought this cockroach poison that is very effective. the number of roaches now is less than 10 per day and they are mostly dead by the time we spotted them. it's a very interesting poison whereby the poison will spread from one roach to another so tt the entire family can be wiped out. but the funny thing is we cannot kill the roaches now when we see them crawling around bcoz we need to let them crawl back to the nest and spread to the others! funny logic right.. it's money-back garantee tt there will be no roaches in the house after 3 days! i hope it works and i am gonna buy a silicon gun to seal all the gaps and cracks in my room soon. any better ideas to seal gaps on the floor? i dunwan the roaches to have a place to hide and reproduce..
wah i wrote such a long paragraph on cockroach killing. lol. so today we finally went touring! we went to 圆明园 in the afternoon and it's HUGE!! we spent nearly 5 hours there juz walking around and taking photos! the most tiring day ever. but it was fun.. we finally got to be tourist and do all the funny things. will upload photos soon and let them do the talking ba. too lengthy to explain.. tml we are going 故宫! another day of walking.. craziness i would say.. china is juz too huge! everything need to walk so far..

last blog entry in spore!!
leaving for beijing tonight.. the sad and dun really wanna go feeling is starting to creep in. but at the same time i feel excited about the independent living experience. all set and ready to go! 25kg luggage.. pretty heavy but lucky my mum is gonna visit me in sept. she is helping me bring all the other stuffs tt are too heavy.
met up with alot of friends recently. have been going out almost everyday for the past 2 weeks. girlfriends, oac, sports comm, anderson, uni, mj kakis, juz to name a few... ystd met up with girlfriends in ntu and juz chilled.. twin treated us to ice cream and drinks! and ying treated us to fruits! happiness.. =)
got to go out soon to meet my sis for lunch den go law firm for the condo thing den dinner den airport! i will try to update my blog more often when i am in china! keep in touch and check out fb for photos next time! anw i will cancel my spore line so dun try to contact me with tt number.
